Books we love: Robert M. Hazen – The Story of Earth: The First 4.5 Billion Years, from Stardust to Living Planet (Penguin Books, 2013)

I read this book a couple of days ago and I can say that it’s fascinating from start to end, taking you from the beginning of our solar system to the “endgame of our planet”, as the author puts it. The book is very well argumented, though it’s a pretty easy read, that doesn’t push you into scientific details difficult to understand.
